Strengthen ME – adults
A 50minute session suitable for 16+ yo's (and no top age limit) focused on building muscle and bone strength to compliment and enhance daily function. This can include daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, playing with the kids/grandkids and work-related tasks to recreational sport participation to participation in higher levels of sport and activity. Strengthening exercises prevents pain, niggles and injuries, improves quality of life and allows your body to do more with less energy
Strengthen ME – teens
A 45minute session for those in their high school years, focused on gaining functional strength for daily activities and sport. Get guidance on how to safely strengthen muscles and bones to help with day to day activities, including prolonged postures/positions, as well as balance, jumping, running, landing and other foundation movements to enhance sports performance, decrease injuries/pains/niggles and improve quality of life. Suitable for 12 to 18 years
Strengthen ME – kids
A 30minute session for those in their primary school years, focused on gaining functional strength for daily activities and sport. Get guidance on how to safely strengthen muscles and bones to help with day to day physical activity as well as balance, jumping, running, landing and other foundation movements for sport. Learning how to move the body efficiently, and being strong helps growing bodies to stay active with a decreased risk of injuries/pains/niggles and improved quality of life. Suitable for 8 to 13 years
Strengthen Me – mixed ages
A 45 minute session for all ages focused on building functional strength, balance and mobility. This program aims to make daily tasks easier to do and reduce the incidence of injury that could have been avoided with adequate physical strength and mobility.

The instructors of ME Pilates carefully craft a targeted exercise program, utilising the wide range of equipment available in the ME Pilates Studio in order to provide an exercise program developed for us to help you, help yourself with achieving your movement goals.
We aim to develop movement sense and self awareness of posture, and then move into addressing muscular imbalances, as well as strength, range and endurance deficits that may either be causing you pain, discomfort or limiting your daily tasks.
