Strengthen ME – kids

A 30minute session for those in their primary school years, focused on gaining functional strength for daily activities and sport. Get guidance on how to safely strengthen muscles and bones to help with day to day physical activity as well as balance, jumping, running, landing and other foundation movements for sport. Learning how to move the body efficiently, and being strong helps growing bodies to stay active with a decreased risk of injuries/pains/niggles and improved quality of life. Suitable for 8 to 13 years
