Movement Essentials provides exercise-based solutions in our purposely built Equipment Pilates Studio and Strength Gym. We pride ourselves on our people-centred approach, where we prioritise people learning about and being aware of how their body moves and centralising this as a key factor in building movement competency and confidence.

KIDS

ME EXERCISE for those under 12years – services designed for primary-aged kids, that focuses on developing sound foundations of movement to support growth, optimise physical skill execution and prevent injuries.

TEENS

ME services tailored for the growing and changing needs of teens (12 years+) – develop self-awareness of how to move your growing body safely and effectively for your physical activity needs. Transfer sound movement execution to your sport/recreational activity to maximise performance, reduce injury and promote optimal recovery.

ADULTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Membership & subscription payments are direct debit via our payment provider, payLeadr
  2. minimum commitment is 20 weeks for  PROGRAM-ME & ME-CLASSES (minimum commitment is 12 weeks for VIP PLATNIUM)
  3. Please see our client policies for membership, subscription, payment and fair-go policies
  4. All exercise options require an Assessment with the Physiotherapist ($140 and includes 1 free class)
  5. Assessment is eligible for Private Health Rebate
  6. Gym & class services are not health fund rebateable
  7. upfront discounts available for bulk payment of 18 weeks, and receive 20 weeks (ie.  $1170 for PROGRAM ME; $1782 for ME CLASSES; $3582 for Platinum VIP = 20wks with foundation discount)
  8. Membership upgrades only available to ME members
  9. ME members is defined by any client that has an active ME subscription package (this excludes class off session packs)
  10. ME-FAMILY or JUST-ME members receive an additional 20% off the lowest advertised price of ME-Exercise products (memberships & other options)
