Strengthen ME – adults

A 50minute session suitable for 16+ yo's (and no top age limit) focused on building muscle and bone strength to compliment and enhance daily function. This can include daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, playing with the kids/grandkids and work-related tasks to recreational sport participation to participation in higher levels of sport and activity. Strengthening exercises prevents pain, niggles and injuries, improves quality of life and allows your body to do more with less energy
