What is it?

A weights based program designed collaboratively between our Physiotherapists & Strength & Conditioning Coaches, delivered in our ground floor ME Strength Training Zone. Movement Essentials is taking on the mission to get our community following the Australian Government Physical Activity and Exercise Guidelines to get our local community to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
