What is it?

A weights based program designed collaboratively between our Physiotherapists & Strength & Conditioning Coaches, delivered in our ground floor ME Strength Training Zone. These 40 minute classes focus on functional movements that enhance strength and balance for daily activities. A great complimentary program to do alongside your ME Pilates classes, or your own cardio fitness
