The instructors of ME Pilates carefully craft a targeted exercise program, utilising the wide range of equipment available in our ME Pilates Studio, to provide an exercise program developed for us to help you, help yourself with achieving your movement goals.

We aim to develop movement sense and self awareness of posture, and then move into addressing muscular imbalances, as well as strength, range and endurance deficits that may either be causing you pain, discomfort or limiting your daily tasks.

We are known for our attention to detail and ability to individualise in a group setting, by modifying and progressing on the spot. We pride ourselves in our knowledge and ability to manipulate, modify and adjust traditional Pilates exercises, across a large platform of equipment, in order to keep clients challenged, focused, enticed and enjoying exercise.

ME Pilates specifically takes this one step further, by ensuring that when you have good and bad days, and other external factors that may make you feel different from week to week, that we modify, adjust and change your program to suit your daily needs. We enjoy taking the time and care to ensure we translate in-house Pilates exercises to daily movement solutions – with the constant mission to “help you, help yourself”
