“ME for Sport has been developed for 10 to 21 year old aspiring athletes who are looking to gain the essential movement patterns and foundation training habits to improve their sporting performance. Our key focus is not only technique, but movement mechanics and leveraging the anatomy of the human body to maximise performance and minimising injuries. Our training zone coaches comprise of our team of Physiotherapists as well as current pre-elite athletes who are qualified strength and conditioning coaches. Together – our focus is to Help You, Help Yourself with your sporting goals!

A 40 minute session for all ages (general population) focused on building functional strength, balance and mobility. This program aims to make daily tasks easier to do and reduce the incidence of injury that could have been avoided with adequate physical strength and mobility.
